Directions: From Williams, take I-40 to the Parks exit, turn left, traveling back across the overpass, and

go left again onto Forest Route 141. Travel north 8 miles, continue north when it turns to forest road 194,

for 4.5 miles . Travel east on forest road 171, then north on forest road 190, to the parking lot of the

Kendrick Mountain Trail. Description: Mountains, old growth forests and meadows. The summit offers

views of the Grand Canyon to the north and the red rock area to the south. Two of the most popular trails

are the Kendrick Mountain Trail and the Pumpkin Trail, which can be accessed from the northwest corner

of the wilderness. Season: year round Users: hike, horse
